Raoul Ubac (1910-1985) is a major Belgian artist, renowned for his contribution to the Surrealist movement and abstract art. His artistic career spanned several decades, marked by a constant search for new forms of expression.
Born in Saint-Ghislain, Ubac first studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. He was influenced by artists such as Paul Delvaux and René Magritte, integrating their surrealist elements into his own work.
