Chef 2* Michelin of La Palme d'Or at the Martinez hotel for 20 years, Christian Sinicropi designed and produced each year the exceptional menu served to the jury of the festival as well as the original tableware, in close interaction with his wife Catherine, artist and ceramist.
Catherine Sinicropi has also designed the tableware for dinners hosted by Tim Burton, Robert De Niro, Nani Moretti, Steven Spielberg, Jane Campion, Pedro Almodóvar, George Miller, Joel and Ethan Coen, and Cate Blanchett.
