He even lent his style, in collaboration with Keith Haring, to the Peter Stuyvesant brand campaign.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e Starting out at a very young age doing graffiti on New York trains, he gradually moved towards painting on canvas and then began exhibiting in galleries. His work was shown as early as 1983 at the Sidney Janis Gallery: he was only 22 years old at the time.
